Ingredients
- 6 Large Eggs Boiled and halved
- ¼ Cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 1½ Tsp Pickle juice
- ½ Tsp Honey dijon mustard
- ¼ Tsp Garlic powder
- 3 Whole Hot and sweet pickles
- 4 Strips Bacon
- Smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for approx 14 minutes
- While the eggs are boiling, cook the bacon until crispy
- Chop up the bacon finely and set aside to cool
- Finely chop the pickles up into a relish
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
- Remove the yolk and set aside the outer white
- Mash the yolk in a bowl until no large clumps remain
- Mix together all of the ingredients until smooth
- Pipe filling into the egg halves
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and top with a little bacon
