Ingredients

  • 6 Large Eggs Boiled and halved
  • ¼ Cup Duke's mayonnaise
  • Tsp Pickle juice
  • ½ Tsp Honey dijon mustard
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 Whole Hot and sweet pickles
  • 4 Strips Bacon
  • Smoked paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs for approx 14 minutes
  • While the eggs are boiling, cook the bacon until crispy
  • Chop up the bacon finely and set aside to cool
  • Finely chop the pickles up into a relish
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
  • Remove the yolk and set aside the outer white
  • Mash the yolk in a bowl until no large clumps remain
  • Mix together all of the ingredients until smooth
  • Pipe filling into the egg halves
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika and top with a little bacon
